REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: October 2016

At The Ardour, all our coaching, consulting, and training services are delivered with care and preparation. Since each engagement involves significant time and planning, our refund policy is as follows:

1. General Policy:

Fees once paid are non-refundable once the work or coaching engagement has begun. This applies to all services, programs, and events (including individual sessions, corporate engagements, and training workshops).

2. Before Work Commences:

If a client cancels before work begins, a refund (minus 10% administrative fee) may be processed within 7 business days. Alternatively, clients may reschedule or transfer their booking to a later date or different service.

3. Corporate / Group Bookings:

For group or corporate engagements, cancellation within 15 days prior to the start date will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within the same financial year.

4. Workshops & Events:

Event registrations are transferable but not refundable after confirmation. Substitutions can be made up to 48 hours before the event.

5. Force Majeure:

In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.), The Ardour reserves the right to reschedule sessions or issue partial credits instead of refunds.

Welcome to The Ardour. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services:

The Ardour provides coaching, consulting, training, and related professional development services, both online and in-person. All programs, workshops, and sessions are designed for personal and professional growth and do not substitute for therapy, legal, financial, or medical advice.

2. Bookings and Payments:

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment (full or partial as specified). Payments must be made through approved channels listed on the website. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. However, once your booking is confirmed, your rate remains fixed.

3. Engagement Policy:

Each coaching or consulting engagement follows a defined plan including discovery, delivery, and review phases. Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and complete agreed assignments or activities between sessions for optimal results.

4. Intellectual Property:

All materials shared during coaching, training, or consulting (including worksheets, frameworks, presentations, and recordings) remain the intellectual property of The Ardour. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Confidentiality:

All personal and business information shared by clients is kept strictly confidential and used solely for professional purposes. The Ardour may use anonymised data for research or promotional purposes, but without identifying clients personally.

6. Code of Conduct:

Clients agree to engage respectfully and constructively during all interactions. The Ardour reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of misconduct, harassment, or non-cooperation, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability:

While our programs are designed for measurable growth, results may vary for each client. The Ardour and its associates shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in any service or event.

8. Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute or claim arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through mediation before proceeding legally.

9. Modification:

The Ardour reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
