Plan Policy — How Each Engagement Works To maintain quality, consistency, and measurable outcomes, every service and event delivered by The Ardour follows a structured plan policy: * Discovery & Alignment Initial consultation to understand client needs, goals, and expectations. Proposal shared outlining scope, deliverables, and pricing. * Agreement & Confirmation Written acceptance and 50% advance payment confirm the engagement. Schedule, milestones, and session flow are finalised. * Delivery & Execution Sessions, training modules, or consulting phases are conducted as per plan. Progress reviews ensure alignment with desired outcomes. * Feedback & Closure Final review and reflection session at the end of engagement. Insights, next steps, or continuation options discussed. * Post-Engagement Support Access to follow-up guidance or progress check-ins (if applicable). Invitations to exclusive Ardour alumni events and learning circles. 🔸 Additional Notes Payment Terms: 50% advance to initiate; 50% before completion or as per milestone. Refunds: No refunds once work has begun (refer to Refund Policy). Customisation: Each plan can be tailored to suit your team size, goals, or event type. GST: Prices are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes. Travel & Venue: Additional if required.
